Software for South Africa's motor repair industry

Software that keeps motor claims moving

Our claims, body shop, parts and marketing systems connect insurers, assessors, panel beaters and suppliers on the same claim, from the first assessment until the repaired vehicle is back with its owner.

  • Built and supported in South Africa
  • One ecosystem: use one system, or connect them all
  • AI-assisted, with people in charge
  • Support from the people who build it
Who it's for

Built for everyone who touches a motor claim

Products

Four systems, one connected industry

Four separate systems, each built for one job. Use one on its own, or connect them and they hand work to each other automatically.

Why it matters

Less waiting, less retyping, more visibility and offers that fit

Less waiting

Queues and live dashboards show which claims, quotes and jobs are stuck, and who needs to move them.

Less retyping

Claims become workshop jobs, parts requests become quotes, and AI assists by reading the estimate. Nobody types it twice.

Better visibility

Every claim, job and cost is reported from the work itself, not rebuilt in a spreadsheet at month end.

Relevant offers

Every user sees direct marketing matched to their role and needs, from the suppliers they buy from, inside the system they already use.

How it connects

One ecosystem, no retyping

The claim, the repair and the parts each live in the system built for them, and the systems keep each other up to date. The Marketing Platform puts suppliers in front of the body shops that need them.

Four separate systems, each of which works on its own. Connected, the Claims Management System sends claims to the My Bodyshop System and parts requests to the Parts Management System, and status, documents and quotations come back to the claim automatically; the Marketing Platform shows suppliers' products to body shops in the My Bodyshop System.
